Langkawi has always been an easy sell: rainforest, white-sand beaches, and that unhurried island pace. Now it has a brand-new flagship to match, and it's one we think works beautifully for incentive groups.

The setting. Newly opened on Burau Bay along Langkawi's quieter western coast, the resort sits between the Andaman Sea and dense coastal rainforest, with a 600-metre stretch of beach and views out to the Straits of Malacca. As Hilton's first beachfront resort on the island, it leans fully into its surroundings, with airy, light-filled interiors and a relaxed tropical feel across its 251 rooms and suites.

Built for groups. Interconnecting rooms and spacious suites make it genuinely flexible for incentive groups and multi-night programmes, while four distinct restaurants, from all-day dining to Italian and Chinese, give you plenty of options for group meals and gala evenings. Add a spa, a clear wellness focus, and sunset-over-the-water dinners, and the "reward" practically builds itself.

The island is Southeast Asia's first UNESCO Global Geopark, with mangroves, jungle trails, and the famous Cable Car and SkyBridge all close by, ideal for experiential activities and team-building that feel a world away from the usual agenda.
And it's easy to reach. The resort is roughly 15 minutes from Langkawi International Airport, and the island is only a short hop from Singapore (around 90 minutes by air). That makes a twin-centre programme across Singapore and Langkawi, city energy followed by island reward, a natural fit for European groups.
If Langkawi is on your radar for an incentive or a milestone trip, we'd love to help you shape something around it. Get in touch and let's talk through the possibilities.
